M3’s Senior Living & Social Services Practice is proud to support this event with LeadingAge Wisconsin. This is the second session offered through the new Innovation Center in the LeadingAge Wisconsin Learning Center.
Session Description:
As leaders we face challenges daily and thrive on a rich variety of experiences. As human beings we count on safety, harmony and predictability to give us security in our personal lives. When catastrophic events collide with your professional and personal balance, how can you unlock your awesome potential to move forward and take back control? Hear lessons learned from a leader who never knew what “awesome” meant until the world turned upside down.
Learner Objectives:
- Identify barriers that pile on and weigh you down.
- List ways to blast through barriers and activate the resilience within you.
- Discuss how to unlock your personal power to rise up, have hope, and be awesome.
NAB:
1 CEU (Posttests must be completed no later than May 19, 2021 to qualify for the NAB CEU)

If you previously registered for one or more courses in the Learning Center since January 1, 2021:
- Click on the registration link.
- Enter your Personal Information – Click Next.
- If a pop-up window opens asking for your confirmation number, enter the confirmation number that was emailed to you when you registered for previous courses. (If you do not know your confirmation number, please click the link to have your confirmation number emailed to you.) Once you enter your confirmation number, click Log-in.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Registration Summary Page and click Modify Registration.
- Review your Personal Information and Click Next.
- Review your Organization Address and Click Next.
- Registration Items – Click Next.
- Session – Are You Made of Awesome? is listed under the April Sessions. Click Select and then scroll to the bottom of the page, selecting any additional courses for which you want to register.
- At the very bottom of the page, Click Next.
- Registration Summary – Review your registration summary and, if everything looks correct, Click Next.
- Payment Summary – Enter your payment information and Click Next.
- You will receive a payment receipt immediately.
- Typically, within 24 hours, you will receive information to help you access your course(s).
If this is your first time registering for a course in the Learning Center since January 1, 2021:
- Click on the registration link.
- Enter your Personal Information (please double check that you enter your email address correctly) – Click Next.
- Enter your Organization Address – Click Next.
- Registration Items – Click Next.
- Select your Sessions – Are You Made of Awesome? is listed under the April Sessions. Click Select and then scroll to the bottom of the page, selecting any additional courses for which you want to register.
- At the very bottom of the page, Click Next.
- Review your Registration Summary and, if everything looks correct, Click Next.
- Enter your Payment Information and Click Next.
- You will receive a payment receipt immediately.
- Typically, within 24 hours, you will receive information to help you access your course(s).
