Jordan Herbert has recently been named the vice president of business development at M3. In this role, he executes key strategic initiatives to position M3 for growth and graduate business development staff to sales employees, while maintaining a book of business. As VP of business development, he educates the business community about M3 services, including insurance and risk management, employee benefits, and retirement planning.
Herbert has been an essential member of the business development team since joining M3 in 2011. In 2019, he was named an M3 shareholder, and in 2022, he was promoted to director of business development. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee while competing on the baseball team.
