Jordan Herbert Promoted to Director of Business Development
Director of Business Development
Jordan Herbert has recently been named the director of business development at M3. In this role, he executes key strategic initiatives to position M3 for growth and graduate business development staff to validated sales employees, while maintaining a book of business. As a senior business development executive, he educates the business community about M3 services, including insurance and risk management, employee benefits, and retirement planning. Herbert assists customers and prospects throughout the sales process, presents solutions, and matches them with the appropriate service team.
Herbert has been an essential member of the business development team since joining M3 in 2011. In 2019, he was named an M3 shareholder. Prior to M3, he gained relevant industry experience at Northwestern Mutual as a financial representative. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
