Kelly Bakken Joins M3 as Director of Property & Casualty
Kelly Bakken has joined M3 Insurance as the director of property & casualty. In this capacity, she assumes responsibility for sales support, market relations, training, and partnership with the firm’s property & casualty sales team.
Bakken brings to the table more than 18 years of pertinent experience, having collaborated with sales leaders within the carrier side of the industry. Her shift in focus toward leveraging technology to streamline business processes for large national agencies, resulting in increased revenue without increasing administration, underscores her forward-thinking approach to leadership. Bakken’s innovative mindset and extensive experience make her a great addition to our property & casualty sales team.
Beyond her professional role, she actively engages with the community as the vice chair of the Oregon Area Food Pantry. Her passion for helping others and addressing food insecurity within our community is truly inspiring! M3 is thrilled to welcome Kelly Bakken to our growing team.
