Kelsey Stacks Promoted to Director of Employee Benefits Sales

M3 Insurance is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelsey Stacks to director of employee benefits sales. In this capacity, she is responsible for sales support, market relations, training, and partnership with the firm’s benefits sales team. She collaborates closely with executive leadership on key initiatives, executing on various strategies to grow and retain M3’s client base. Stacks will work alongside Tyler Bukachek as a co-lead to support employee benefits sales across M3’s footprint. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Stacks will continue to manage and grow her book of business—delivering exceptional service and tailored benefits solutions to her clients.
Since joining M3 in 2016, Stacks has made a significant impact on the company’s sales performance and the development of future sales leaders. She began her career at M3 through the M3YOU program and was promoted to client executive in 2018. Demonstrating exceptional leadership and commitment, Stacks became an M3 shareholder in 2023. In 2024, she was promoted to director of employee benefits – Milwaukee where she worked closely with other members of the M3 Milwaukee team to identify and acquire new business, implement go-to-market strategies, and build strong partnerships with key business leaders, insurance companies, and community organizations throughout Southeast WI. Her leadership in peer groups and engagement with sales leaders in training have further solidified her reputation as an influential mentor within the organization.
Stacks holds the Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation. She is also a Wisconsin-licensed life and health agent as well as a property and casualty agent. Stacks is dedicated to maintaining her expertise and staying at the forefront of industry trends and advancements.
Stacks is also deeply committed to giving back to the communities where we live and work. She serves on the board of the M3 Foundation, is the vice president and board member for the Elmbrook Humane Society and acts as the new member liaison for the M3 Women’s Business Resource Group.
