M3 Adds Three New Shareholders
M3 Insurance recently announced three new company shareholders: Brian Donarski, vice president of finance and accounting, Casey FitzRandolph, senior account executive, and Sara Kekula, senior account executive.
Donarski joined M3 in December 2014. In his current role as M3’s vice president of finance and accounting, he manages the finance team, leads all financial reporting and accounting functions, and provides business insight and analysis to improve M3’s financial performance.
FitzRandolph joined M3 in 2009 as an account executive. He has more than 13 years of experience serving the property and casualty insurance needs of large employers with a focus in the manufacturing and distribution industry. He works out of M3’s Madison office.
Kekula joined M3 in November 2012. She currently serves as an account executive specializing in the senior living and social services industry. She advises her clients on their property & casualty insurance and related risks, and negotiates and manages coverage strategy on their behalf. She works out of M3’s Madison office.
Each of M3’s shareholder partners is a current employee who is actively involved in our business and must sell his or her shares prior to retirement. This ownership structure ensures engagement while aligning with M3’s commitment to remain privately held.
