M3 has named Ryan Beduhn Managing Director of Minnesota, bringing his proven record of developing talent and industry solutions, strengthening relationships, and delivering results to the firm’s Minnesota market and M3’s national growth strategy.
Beduhn will lead M3’s growth across the state while continuing to work directly with clients and prospects. He will also connect colleagues across service lines and strengthen relationships with carriers, business partners, and the broader community.

Beduhn brings experience in risk management, sales and department leadership, and market expansion. During his 13-years with Marsh McLennan Agency, he also served as the national health care practice leader and led the organization’s national industry practice strategy on the corporate team out of White Plains, NY.
