Nick Oleniczak has been promoted to client advisor at M3 Insurance. With a dedicated focus on the education sector, Oleniczak’s primary role is to place property and casualty insurance products and to counsel existing clients about risk management strategies and insurance planning. He will consult with and advise clients about the design, implementation, and management of their coverage to ensure it continues to meet their changing needs.
Having joined M3 in 2016 as an insurance intern, Oleniczak has steadily advanced within the organization. Following the internship, he was hired as a full-time client specialist, supporting education and government clients before being promoted to client manager. In this role, he worked with clients across various sectors including education, government, manufacturing, distribution, and financial institutions.
Oleniczak’s passion and dedication to supporting schools in Wisconsin has grown throughout his career at M3. He actively participates in Wisconsin Association of School Business Officials (WASBO) and Wisconsin School Safety Coordinators Association (WSSCA) sponsored events, conventions, training sessions, and networking gatherings. Oleniczak’s passion for schools, coupled with his dedication to delivering positive client experiences and industry involvement, makes him an ideal fit for this role.
Oleniczak has garnered regional and national-level recognition for his professional achievements. In 2021, he received the PIA of Wisconsin Customer Service Representative of the Year Award issued by the Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin and the National Alliance. Additionally, he won the PIA National Customer Service Representative of the Year Award in 2022. He holds designations as a Wisconsin-licensed property and casualty agent, Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), and Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM). Outside of his professional commitments, Oleniczak is an active volunteer for United Way, Habitat for Humanity, and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
