Gretchen Flueckiger is the director of employee benefits – Madison at M3 Insurance. Specializing in employee benefits, Flueckiger oversees and manages benefit compliance, strategy, design, and implementation for employers of all sizes nationwide.

In addition to managing and growing her book of business, Flueckiger also serves as a director of employee benefits for Southcentral WI. As such, she works closely with other members of the M3 Madison team to identify and acquire new business, implement go-to-market strategies, and build strong partnerships with key business leaders, insurance companies, and community organizations.

With a strong legal and compliance background, she provides transparent services to her clients, helping to educate employers and their teams on compliance, adherence, implementation, and communication of their benefit offerings.
