Matthew Cranney is a partner and executive vice president of M3 Elevate, a division of M3 Insurance with specializations in business insurance and employee benefits for growing companies, personal lines, and Medicare. He is also a member of the agency’s executive operating committee. Cranney oversees and provides strategic vision for M3 Elevate, along with various corporate strategic projects and initiatives.

As an executive lead of The Employer Group (TEG), a wholly-owned and independently operated subsidiary of M3 Insurance, Cranney champions our dedication to delivering customized HR consulting and administration solutions for organizations of all sizes and industries. Drawing on TEG’s expertise in human resources administration and consulting, full payroll services, and PEO, he helps ensure that businesses receive tailored support to navigate the obstacles of today’s workforce landscape.

• Began insurance career with English insurance carrier, Norwich Union (Aviva Group), holding various positions including sales executive, trading underwriter, and marketing consultant
