Samuel McIntyre is a client executive and ICHRA practice lead at M3. Specializing in employee benefits, McIntyre supports the agency’s efforts to gain new business and build enduring client relationships. He partners with employers to design and implement employee benefit programs, manage risk, and maintain appropriate levels of coverage.

As M3’s ICHRA practice lead, McIntyre drives the firm’s strategy, thought leadership, and partnerships related to Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs)—a rapidly expanding and highly specialized benefits funding mechanism. He serves as an internal subject matter expert for M3’s franchise teams and as an external advisor to organizations exploring ICHRAs as a tax‑advantaged, ACA‑compliant solution that gives employees greater choice in selecting individual health plans tailored to their needs.

Outside of the office, McIntyre finds joy in spending quality time with his family and four children, relaxing outdoors, listening to live music, collecting bourbon, and experimenting with different cooking methods. He is passionate about volunteering and fundraising for various organizations throughout Northeastern Wisconsin.
