Samuel McIntyre has joined M3 Insurance as an account executive with a focus on employee benefits. In this role, McIntyre supports the agency’s efforts to gain new business and to build long-lasting client relationships. He works with clients to design and implement employee benefit programs, manage risk and maintain appropriate levels of coverage.
Before making the move to M3, McIntyre garnered valuable experience at Healthchoice where he served as a long-term care insurance advisor for the State of Wisconsin employees and retirees. More recently, he held the position of an employee benefits advisor at Vizance in the Fox Valley area. He is a Wisconsin-licensed life and health agent and is long-term care (LTC) partnership trained. McIntyre is actively involved in the employee benefits industry, currently serving as the vice president of membership and sitting on the board of directors for the Fox Valley Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Outside of work, McIntyre finds joy in spending quality time with his family and four children, relaxing outdoors, listening to live music, collecting bourbon, and exploring different cooking methods. He has a passion for volunteering and fundraising for various organizations throughout Northeastern Wisconsin and enjoys serving his local community.
