Tyler Stuntebeck is the director of population health & wellbeing at M3 Insurance. In this role, he cultivates strong relationships with clients to better understand their goals and objectives as it relates to their population health management initiatives. Stuntebeck provides knowledge and support when building strategies and recommending solutions. He partners with clients to help implement and execute clinical and non-clinical strategies to empower healthier living in their organizations. Stuntebeck also works closely with M3’s population health & wellbeing advisor and account teams.

Outside of the office, he enjoys biking, golfing, snowboarding, fishing, and traveling to new destinations. He also has a passion for coaching youth lacrosse. In his downtime, he enjoys reading and playing board games or card games with family and friends.

  • Earned a bachelor’s degree in health promotion & wellness and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point
  • Gained experience through wellness roles with Lands’ End, UW Medical Foundation, YMCA of Dane County, and Dean Health Plan
  • Joined M3 in 2017
    • Promoted to director of population health & wellbeing, 2025
