Virginia Van Haren

Virginia Van Haren serves as the Medicare Lead for M3 Elevate, where she works directly with individuals and employer groups to demystify Medicare and help clients choose the right plans that suit their needs. Drawing on more than 17 years of industry experience and a client-forward approach to every conversation, Virginia advises on the design, implementation, and management of Medicare program selections. She helps clients determine the essentials, providing tailored recommendations for Part D prescription plans and supplemental coverage that can offset out-of-pocket expenses.

Before joining M3 in 2010, Virginia built a strong foundation in account leadership through roles with Humana and Physicians Plus Insurance, where she specialized in helping small businesses and individuals navigate health coverage options. At M3, Virginia has become a go-to resource for Medicare education, enrollment strategy, and ongoing plan review. She supports both individuals nearing eligibility and employer groups seeking guidance on Medicare benefit design.
