Rachel Hug has been named an account executive in M3 Elevate, a division of M3 Insurance. Hug will have a specialized focus in Medicare for the Milwaukee and Southern WI territories.
In her role as an M3 Elevate account executive, she will help individuals understand their Medicare options and determine the right plan based on their needs. Hug will provide advising and consultation on an individual basis and for employees company-wide regarding the design, implementation, and management of their Medicare program selections.
Hug joined M3 in 2018, and has gained experience in Medicare and individual health through her role as an account manager. Hug has been instrumental in fine tuning processes and creating a positive customer experience during her tenure at M3. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Edgewood College. Her drive for success, education, and leadership ability makes her an ideal account executive to serve our M3 Elevate clients.
Hug is a member of the Life at M3 committee, where she organizes volunteering and employee well-being events. Outside of M3, Hug is an active member in her community and volunteers for United Way and the Ronald McDonald House. In addition, Hug is an umpire for the Allenton Youth Organization.
