Rachel provides one-on-one counseling and group guidance to help both individuals and employee groups select Medicare Advantage, supplemental coverage, and prescription drug plans. She dives into benefit design, formulary analysis, and cost projections so clients can choose confidently. Less interested in jargon, more interested in clarity, Rachel’s approach blends technical know-how with everyday empathy.
Her expertise centers on designing Medicare benefit packages that strike the right balance between coverage, cost, and long-term flexibility. She focuses on optimizing prescription drug plans (Part D), evaluating supplemental benefits, and modeling out-of-pocket scenarios so clients fully understand their risk exposure. She joined M3 in 2018, gaining experience as an account manager in the medicare and individual health space prior to her current position at M3, and she earned her bachelor’s in business management from Edgewood College.
