Rachel’s path to M3 was shaped by an early realization that while insurance interested her, traditional sales-driven roles did not align with her strengths. She was drawn instead to relationship-based work centered on education and service. After learning about M3’s culture and client-first approach, she joined the firm as a Medicare Account Manager, where she developed deep expertise in Medicare and a passion for guiding individuals through complex, high-impact decisions. She later advanced into her current Client Executive role, combining technical knowledge with advocacy and personalized guidance.
In her day-to-day work, Rachel supports individuals approaching age 65, planning for retirement, or coordinating Medicare with employer coverage. She delivers Medicare education through on-site employer meetings, live monthly webinars, and one-on-one consultations. She also serves as a trusted resource for HR teams, helping them respond confidently to employee questions and anticipate common Medicare challenges.
Rachel’s specialty is working one on one with individuals during personal and time-sensitive transitions. She excels at translating complex Medicare rules into clear, practical guidance, with a strong focus on timing, accuracy, and risk prevention. Rachel believes her work matters because Medicare decisions can have lasting implications for a person’s health, finances, and peace of mind. By prioritizing education and personal advocacy, she helps clients move from uncertainty to confidence while reinforcing M3 Elevate’s people-first approach.
