MILWAUKEE, WI — M3 Insurance is pleased to welcome Scott Schultz to its employee benefits team as Director of Employee Benefits – Milwaukee. Scott brings more than 25 years of experience as a benefits consultant, with deep expertise supporting large, self-funded employer groups.
Scott joins M3 after spending time with two national brokerage firms, most recently serving as an Area Vice President in the Milwaukee office of Arthur J. Gallagher. Throughout his career, he has partnered closely with employers to design, implement, and manage employee benefit programs that balance cost control, compliance, and employee experience.
In his role at M3, Scott will consult with clients on the ongoing management of their employee benefit strategies while also working closely with the Milwaukee team to drive growth initiatives, strengthen market relationships, and support M3’s continued expansion in southeastern Wisconsin.

Scott is actively involved in the employee benefits industry and is a long-standing member of professional organizations including the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (ISCEBS) and the Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters (WAHU).
Outside of work, Scott lives in Mukwonago with his family and is deeply involved in the local community. He is also a highly accomplished water skier, known for his impressive barefooting skills — forwards, backwards, and even hands-free.
