Traci Licari has joined the M3 Insurance team as an employee benefits account executive. As such, she consults with and advises clients about the design, implementation and management of their benefit programs. She holds certificates from International Foundation of Employee Benefits (IFEBP) in benefits and compensation management as well as health and welfare plans.
Traci is rejoining M3 after serving for five years in an employee benefits producer role with Willis Towers Watson. Prior to that, Traci worked at M3 for nine years in various high level account management roles.
Passionate about giving back to the community, Licari volunteers in fundraising efforts for Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation and the Scleroderma Foundation. She is also an advocate for women through the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) in optimizing postpartum care protocols.
