Tyler Stuntebeck Promoted to Director of Population Health & Wellbeing
Tyler Stuntebeck has been promoted to director of population health & wellbeing at M3 Insurance. In this role, he cultivates strong relationships with clients to better understand their goals and objectives as it relates to their population health management initiatives. Stuntebeck provides knowledge and support when building strategies and recommending solutions. He partners with clients to help implement and execute clinical and non-clinical strategies to empower healthier living in their organizations. Stuntebeck also works closely with M3’s population health & wellbeing advisor and account teams to drive meaningful health outcomes.
Stuntebeck has been with M3 for eight years in addition to building extensive experience in corporate well-being through previous roles at Lands’ End, UW Medical Foundation, YMCA of Dane County, and Dean Health Plan. He has worked with clients of all sizes across multiple industries, supporting their population health management within employee benefits. Stuntebeck is a Wisconsin-licensed life and health agent and holds a certification in Exercise Physiology from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM EP-C). Outside of his professional commitments, he is actively involved in the community and serves as a youth director and coach for the Verona Area Lacrosse Club, a youth coach for Alpha Lacrosse, and an advisory board member for the UW Health & Wellness Management Program.
Stuntebeck has successfully implemented clinical and non-clinical health strategies for M3’s clients. He excels in client communication, operational efficiencies, and strategic problem-solving, bringing a strong mix of leadership, analytical thinking, and industry expertise to drive impactful health initiatives.
