WI State Journal Recognizes M3 as a Madison Top Workplace for Third Consecutive Year

In 2025, M3 was one of 81 employers to receive the Top Workplaces distinction. The award is based entirely on employee feedback collected through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.
The confidential survey measures various aspects of the employee experience, focusing on key themes such as feeling respected & supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute, to name a few.
