Overview:

The COVID-19 pandemic has increased behavioral health conditions like depression, substance abuse and anxiety among workers across all ages, industries and positions. New research from The Standard shows that nearly half (46%) of full-time American workers are suffering from mental health issues, a significant increase since the pandemic began.

While our education clients have been strategizing regarding their employee’s behavioral and emotional health needs for quite some time, we know that this has only increased due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As you approach the end of the school year and prepare for summer school and the 2021-2022 school year, it’s critical that employers understand the effect the pandemic has had on employee behavioral health and provide their employees with workplace support.

Join M3 Insurance and experts from The Standard to learn more about the current state of behavioral health in the workplace as well as the latest insights, considerations and trends in addressing issues related to behavioral health.
