Learn best practices for disaster preparedness, testing and disaster response within your organization.
M3’s Rapid Response and Recovery Unit has decades of experience assisting clients in the creation and execution of their business continuity and incident response plans. In this session, Chris Halverson and Paul Klein, will highlight the three pillars of an effective corporate response to a crisis:
Business Continuity – What your plan should include, and why communication with internal and external audiences is imperative to every step of the process
Incident Response – What should happen within the first 24 hours of an incident, and what components of your plan are crucial to a successful response
Accident investigation – How your organization can conduct a root cause analysis to learn from the incident and prepare for future crises
