Jason Shanda Promoted to Director of Employee Benefits – Green Bay at M3
Jason Shanda has been promoted to director of employee benefits – Green Bay at M3 Insurance. In this role, he works closely with other members of the M3 Green Bay team to identify and acquire new business, implement go-to-market strategies, and build strong partnerships with key business leaders, insurance companies and community organizations throughout Northeast WI. He will continue to manage and grow his book of business.
Since joining M3 in 2019, Shanda has made a significant impact on M3’s sales and the development of future sales leaders. Prior to M3, he gained over 15 years of industry experience from his time at Humana and earned a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from St. Norbert College. He is a licensed life and health insurance agent in Wisconsin and is actively involved in industry organizations such as Fox Valley and Green Bay Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Wisconsin Association of School Business Officials (WASBO). Additionally, Shanda contributes to his community by serving on the board of directors for Brown County Junior Achievement | Executive Business Challenge, being a chairman for the Town of Ledgeview Park Recreation and Forestry committee, and coaching college and youth baseball.
