Jordan Herbert Named Milwaukee Business Journal 40 Under 40 Honoree

M3 is proud to celebrate Jordan Herbert, vice president of business development and partner, for being named a Milwaukee Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree. Herbert was recognized during the publication’s 33rd annual 40 Under 40 awards celebration held at the Baird Center in Milwaukee, where he was joined by family, friends, and colleagues for the special evening.

The Milwaukee Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 awards program recognizes young leaders who are making a meaningful impact in their organizations, industries, and communities. Honorees are selected for their professional accomplishments, leadership, and commitment to service.

Since joining M3 in 2011, Herbert has played an instrumental role in helping organizations understand and navigate the complexities of insurance, employee benefits, retirement planning, and risk management. Over the course of his career at M3, he has steadily grown into a leadership role that combines business development expertise with mentorship and team development.

Herbert began his career at M3 as a business development executive, later advancing to senior business development executive in 2019, director of business development in 2022, and most recently vice president of business development in 2025. Today, he provides sales leadership and professional development support to M3’s business development team while continuing to educate organizations across the region about strategies that help them manage risk and support their employees.

Beyond his professional contributions, Herbert is also active in the community. He volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters and is involved with the Milwaukee Jewish Federation’s Young Leadership Division, demonstrating a strong commitment to giving back.

Herbert earned his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where he also competed as a member of the university’s baseball team. He is a Wisconsin-licensed life and health agent as well as a Wisconsin-licensed property and casualty agent.

M3 congratulates Jordan on this well-deserved recognition and looks forward to his continued leadership and impact in the years ahead.
