The Green Bay office of M3 Insurance has expanded to include Tom Schmidt as a Business Development Executive, while Mandy Elliott earns a promotion to Account Executive within the same office.
Tom is a licensed agent in the State of Wisconsin for health and life as well as property and casualty insurance. As a Business Development Executive, he will educate the business community about M3 services and present solutions to customers, matching them with the appropriate services to address their unique business insurance needs.
Tom joins a staff of ten sales and service professionals already serving the greater Green Bay area from this location – a staff which includes Mandy Elliott, who has recently been promoted to the role of Account Executive.
Mandy began her career with M3 as an Account Manager in 2012. Since that time she has built a strong knowledge base and understanding of clients’ needs and expectations. In her new role as Account Executive, Mandy will focus on the growth and retention of business with employee benefits clients, coordinating ongoing service to ensure that their coverage meets their needs.
