Erik Vandermause Joins M3 as Vice President of Applied Intelligence
Erik Vandermause recently joined M3 Insurance as the vice president of applied intelligence. In this capacity, he is responsible for the overall direction, strategy, and performance of M3’s data, analytics, digital, and CRM capabilities. M3.ai combines these capabilities with human ingenuity to deliver new levels of value for its current and future clients, employees, and partners.
Prior to M3, Vandermause was a managing director at Accenture, where he helped his insurance clients realize value from innovation in the front-office. He also held several leadership positions at CUNA Mutual Group, including director of insurance product management and vice president of digital, contact centers, and data. Vandermause earned his master’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and his bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Norbert College. His extensive experience and education make him the perfect fit for M3.
