Shay Boesl has been named a wellness coordinator at M3 Insurance. In this role, she primarily focuses on helping clients develop and implement engaging and effective wellness campaigns. She has a strong understanding of the latest research on wellness and leverages that knowledge to develop programs that are tailored to clients’ employee population. In this position, she will work closely with M3 account teams and M3’s population health and wellbeing manager.
Prior to joining M3, Boesl earned a bachelor’s degree in health and wellness management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She gained experience working as a certified nursing assistant caring for those with memory-loss related illnesses and completed an internship at Woodson YMCA in Wausau.
Boesl joined M3 in July of 2022, where she first served as an employee benefits account specialist supporting the central Wisconsin market. She recently transitioned to a wellness coordinator position to align with her education and passion. Her attention to detail and innovative ideas will be an effective tool to support our growing employee benefits clients.
