M3 Insurance is proud to announce that Chris Halverson, Sara Kekula, and Jen Pino-Gallagher have been named a 2026 Wisconsin Insurance Power Players by the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (IIAW), recognizing leaders making a meaningful impact across the independent insurance industry.
Only 25 individuals statewide were selected following a nomination and review process conducted by the IIAW Executive Committee and staff, making this a standout honor for each of them and for M3. Honorees are recognized for their innovation, leadership, and dedication to advancing the insurance profession.
These recognitions reflect not only their individual contributions, but also M3’s continued investment in developing forward-thinking leaders who help shape the future of insurance.

Chris Halverson
Chris was selected for his leadership as Senior Director of Risk Management and for directing M3’s Rapid Response & Recovery specialization. He brings clarity and leadership to advanced insurance risk exposures that are often complex and high-stakes.

Sara Kekula
Sara was nominated for her professional influence, commitment to excellence, and leadership serving senior living and social service organizations. Through her work, she helps organizations navigate risk while staying focused on what matters most: caring for vulnerable populations.

Jen Pino-Gallagher
Jen was selected for her leadership and influence supporting Wisconsin’s food and agriculture industries. She works closely with agribusinesses and food processors to help manage the risks that come with producing, moving, and protecting products. Her focus includes practical risk planning around issues such as food safety, equipment breakdown, cold storage, international trade, worker safety, and business interruption.
“These three individuals represent the kind of leadership and expertise that makes a lasting impact on clients and industries alike,”
“Whether helping organizations navigate operational complexity and evolving risk, guiding teams through high-pressure situations and recovery efforts, or delivering strategic insight into regulatory and workforce challenges, each brings a thoughtful, practical approach that helps clients move forward with confidence. This recognition from IIAW is well deserved.”
